Membership terms and conditions

These terms apply to every membership, class pack and personal-training plan bought from Muscle Factory Gym and CrossFit (Delhi).

1. Membership starts on the date on your invoice and ends on the end date shown. It is personal and cannot be shared. Transfers are allowed only with management approval and the transfer fee on the price list.
2. Fees are payable in advance and include GST where applicable. A membership is active only once paid in full, or as per an agreed instalment schedule. Access stops after the grace period if dues are pending.
3. Freeze: a membership of 3 months or more may be frozen for a medical reason or travel, for the number of days allowed on your plan, by request at the desk before the absence. Frozen days are added to the end date.
4. Gym rules: carry a towel, re-rack weights, wipe equipment, wear proper shoes, no outside trainers, no photography of other members. Staff may ask anyone who breaks the rules to leave; repeated breaches end the membership without refund.
5. Health: you confirm you are fit to exercise and will tell us about any medical condition. Consult a doctor before starting. Training is at your own risk; we are not liable for injury caused by misuse of equipment or ignoring staff instructions.
6. Belongings: lockers are for use during your visit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
7. Timings and closures: opening hours are shown on the website and at the desk. The gym may close for public holidays, maintenance or events; closures of more than 3 consecutive days are added to your membership.
8. Personal training sessions are booked with your trainer and expire with the plan. Sessions cancelled less than 4 hours before the time are counted as used.
9. Photos and CCTV: the premises are under CCTV for safety. We will ask before using your photo in any promotion.
10. Changes: we may update these terms and the price list; the terms in force when you bought your plan apply to that plan.
11. Disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi.
