Shipping policy

Orders from the shop online shop are packed at the gym (Delhi) and shipped by courier.

• Delhi NCR: delivered in 1–3 working days, or pick up free at the gym front desk.
• Rest of India: 3–7 working days by courier. Remote pin codes may take longer.
• Charges are shown at checkout; orders above the free-delivery amount shown there ship free.
• Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; later orders go the next working day.
• You receive a tracking link on WhatsApp / email once the parcel is dispatched.
• Please check the parcel for damage before accepting it. For a damaged or wrong item, message us within 48 hours with a photo.
• We cannot deliver to PO boxes. If a parcel comes back undelivered because the address was wrong or nobody was available after two attempts, we refund the order minus the shipping cost.
